Another bottle question..?

Does anybody think that the bottles that are suppose to prevent air from entering baby's tummy really make much of a difference? I would like to think so, but am torn between Dr. Brown's and the original Gerber bottle, I mean they did not have these new ones back then, I was just wondering how many of you like the old traditional bottles as opposed to all the new ones with all these parts?
