Burning sensation - could I be a side effect of Prozac?

Serious answers only please I eat mild / bland food and have never had this happen to me. I've been on Prozac 10mg for 1 week. I woke up early this morning with a burning sensation in my rectum. Any ideas - also I didn't do anything to that part of my body to hurt it.
