What should be basis of subsidy in India-more profits or essential needs?Is govt policy leading to terrorism?

IT sector which is booming and making 500% profits is being subsidised by indian govt while crops,essential industries for poor people items is getting neglected.India claims socialism in democracy ,but behaving like business magnets gang?India should take a lesson from USA which is spending on unrelated poor countries to divert depression leading to naxalism and terrorism.Govt asks for no-susidy to US farmers rather giving subsidy to indian farmers.So,is this govt going to last as popular govt in future?
