Sum 1 got my IP addy from popcorn.net, how do i make the pop up go away?

These pop ups keep going away and it says that someone had to sign up for this and since they have the IP address the pop up wont go away. What can i do? I called the place and all they said was that they understand that more than one person uses a computer BUT we HAVE to pay for atleast one month of it b4 they will stop the pop up sh*t...what do i do?
