Is there anyway I could make a good diet regiment off of these ingredients?

"Diets" are less about the food s you eat and more about the calories you burn. You should continue eating a balanced, healthy diet, but exercise more. The trick to shedding pounds is to burn more energy than you take in, not to starve your body of nutrients. I know you mentioned a vitamin, but keep in mind that most vitamins are chemically manufactured, which keeps the majority of the nutrients from being effectively absorbed by the body.
