Will this hurt mii baby??

I am 6weeks on Sunday, I was advised not to do strenuous, like bumpy kinda exercises. that could knock your tummy. I would be careful. tired is normal even without boxing, all those hormoans in your body. and the changes your body is going through. I can understand the nausea, i get it from just rushing around the house.
