Settling in at nursery?

The simple answer is that though he is able to get on with his day to some extent...in reality he would far rather be with you. So he is crying to let you know this. Do you HAVE to send him? Is there no way at all for you to be with him? Work part time? Maybe take extended leave? IN a few short years he will be at school full time...these baby years are precious and you will never get them back...I dont want to upset you but also would not want an obviously caring Mother to regret her working while her baby was small. I stay at home and manage it because we have no car...I cut my own hair...I buy clothes rarely and then only in the sales...I save money wherever I can...and am very happy to be short of it but at home with my children. Good luck. EDIT..why thumb me down? I told the truth...your child wants to be with you...I moved heaven and hell to be with mine...if it is that heartbreaking then don;'t leave him.
