Canker sores ? fever blisters?

so for a week now i had a small spot on my bottom lip. but as the week past it got bigger and i grew something else next to it . and i also have these things on my tongue that hurt really really bad i cant even eat or anything . i looked into it and it said something about canker sores. but they came out after i got a really bad fever..any help???
